As Málaga is the Capital of the Costa del Sol, one of the main tourist destinations in Europe all year round, all Low Cost airlines fly to Málaga from all the main British and European airports.
There are national flights from all the Spanish airports including the Balearic Islands and the Canaries on a daily basis.
Also some companies fly direct to Granada from Europe, which is a smaller easier airport to use and worth checking out.
We advise you to book well in advance when you decide to come to Spain on holiday as flights are always fully booked at peak times of year.
It is very easy to hire a car from both Málaga and Granada Airports and can be arranged through any travel agent or online, all the main car hire companies operate in Spain, when you book your flight. Make sure you take out adquate insurance and are aware of the terms and conditions of any booking you make.
BY AIR THEN BUS FROM MÁLAGA:
Coming by bus is slightly more complicated as you have to get from the airport to the main bus station in Málaga city, there is an airport bus service to the main bus station and also an overground train service which stops at the airport station (opposite the terminal) and takes you to the RENFE Málaga Central Station which is next to the bus station at about 200m walk. Take the bus going to Villanueva de Tapia, there are approximately three a day, the company which runs this line is called "Autobuses Casado". If you are coming direct to Cortijo Las Minas Equestrian Centre you would want to get off at the entrance to the Hotel Barceló La Bobadilla or at Galván.
* We will meet clients in Salinas with prior warning.
